Sound therapy has long been used to relax and restore health. To date, British neuroscientists have identified the compositions that best cope with this task.
During the study, special sensors were connected to the participants who had to solve the puzzles. The tasks caused a certain level of stress, at the same time the participants listened to different songs. During the study, the researchers measured brain activity, heart rate, pressure, and respiration rate.
