5 Healthy breakfasts

Scrambled eggs with tomatoes.

This is a classic and healthy breakfast, which combines proteins, fats, fiber, the right carbohydrates. You will need 2 eggs, 0.5 cups of milk, arugula, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and spices to cook.

First, you need to beat the eggs, then add milk to them. Instead of milk, you can use the same portion of cream. Add spices and heat the pan. Fry the scrambled eggs, add the arugula, drizzled with oil and cherry tomatoes.

Cheesecakes from rice flour.

It does not take much time to prepare such a breakfast. All you need is 350-400 g of 5% cheese, 2 egg yolks, and 4 tbsp. l. rice flour. Fry on low heat. You can serve with sour cream or jam.

Toast with avocado and egg.


This is a great combination of protein and fiber. First, peel the avocado and change it. Spread avocado on bread, put on top of poached egg or boiled egg. Sprinkle with arugula topped with oil.

Apple pancakes.

To make healthy apple pancakes, you need to use wholemeal flour. You will also need 2 apples, 1 egg, spices, and a pinch of cinnamon.

Why wholemeal flour? If you try to eat right and follow a healthy lifestyle, experts recommend using the most useful flour. This includes whole grains, oats, coconut, almond, rice. However, it is not wheat at all.


This is a hearty and healthy breakfast consisting of cottage cheese, semolina, and sour cream. You will need an oven and 80 minutes of free time to cook it. Use 500 g of cottage cheese, about 5 tbsp. l. cream, 2 tbsp. l. semolina, half a cup of sugar, 2 eggs, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Grease the form with vegetable oil or melted butter.

Semolina should be mixed with 3 tbsp. l. sour cream and leave for 30-40 minutes to swell. Then add regular and vanilla sugar, salt and beat until smooth. Put the dough in a baking dish and spread the remaining sour cream on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
