Making ice cream at home is not as difficult as it seems. Simple ingredients, a regular mixer, and a little dexterity – and a delicious summer dessert are ready.
And in the summer you can experiment with supplements, using fresh berries, fruits, and even fragrant herbs.
heavy cream 33-35% – 2 cups;
condensed milk with sugar – 1 jar;
fresh berries – 1 cup;
lemon – 0.5 pcs .;
vanillin – 1 sachet;
sugar – 0.5 cups.
1 Pour the cooled cream into the bowl of a mixer and beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. Pour condensed milk, mix well, and put the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour.
2 Put the berries in a saucepan, add the squeezed lemon juice, vanilla and sugar and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool, then place the berry mixture in the freezer for 1 hour.
3 Combine the cream and berry mixture, place in a form with the sides, and freeze for 6 hours.
