The city is located on one of the hills of the Red Planet – Tempe Mensa. The location was chosen not by chance and will help protect 250,000 potential residents from radiation and meteorites, while not depriving people of sunlight.
Initially, the city will rely on investment and supply of the Earth, but over time will be able to move exclusively to the resources of Mars. Nüwa residents will live and work in buildings located in the depths of the rock and connected by a network of tunnels.
The colonizers will be able to move by trains and buses, and take walks – in artificial park areas called “green domes”.
At the top of the cliff, in the Mesa area, it is proposed to place energy generating plants, food production shops, and various goods.
At the foot of the cliff will be built special pavilions with a translucent coating, where residents of Nüwa can meet friends and admire the Martian landscapes.
It is here that hospitals, schools, and universities, playgrounds for sports and cultural events, shops, and agricultural areas will be located.
The colonists will be able to breed pigs, chickens, and fish; also on the planet will keep a variety of pets.
Every 26 months, the inhabitants of Mars will be able to be delivered to Earth – a one-way ticket will cost about 300 thousand dollars.
Construction of the Nüwa is scheduled to begin in 2054.
