Berries 300 g
Homemade cheese 400 g
Cream 100 g
Butter 20 g
Manka 70 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 100 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the acid of the selected berries. Add eggs, semolina, sour cream to the cheese and mix.
Sort the berries, wash, if necessary, clean the tails and seeds, dry. Add the berries to the cheese dough and mix gently. Or you can distribute the berries in layers in the cheese.
Put the cheese mass in a baking dish greased with butter. Send the cheese casserole in a preheated 180 oven for 30-35 minutes.
