Prosciutto is a dried or smoked Italian ham made from pork ham. This meat, aged in salt and spices for a year or more, acquires a unique taste.
Prosciutto is cut into thin slices and served in combination with wines made from Sangiovese grapes. The fruity notes of such drinks perfectly complement and shade the taste of the meat delicacy.
