Popular British designer, wife of footballer David Beckham and former Spice Girls soloist Victoria Beckham told fans how she keeps herself in great shape. The 47-year-old celebrity declassified her diet.
Victoria said she prefers dishes with a small number of ingredients. According to the fashion designer, simple dishes are the most useful for the body. The star mother of four admitted that she loves stewed vegetables and does not eat food cooked in oil.
“For most restaurants, I’m probably their worst nightmare. I like stewed vegetables, add a little balsamic vinegar to them, and then season to taste. I prefer to cook very simply. I don’t like to cook using sunflower oil and butter. or sauces, “Beckham shared.
