In the US, you can show TikTok videos when hiring

TikTok has launched a pilot program that will allow you to download short video resumes and show them when hiring. So far, the pilot program will be available only in the United States.

From July 7 to 31, the Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant chain, Target retail chain, WWE Superstar TV channel, Shopify Internet company, TikTok service, and many other companies will accept applications for vacancies in the form of the video within the TikTok Resume program. To do this, use the hashtag #TikTokResumes.

TikTok explains the decision to launch this program by increasing the amount of creative content related to career and work. It is said that “short creative videos combined with easy-to-use built-in tools for creating TikTok have naturally created new ways to find talented candidates and career opportunities.”
