Thus, according to published data, the dialogs of the messenger should not transmit bank card data, including card number, validity, as well as CVV-code, any PIN-code, login, and password to log in to bank applications and SMS-password. This will prevent fraud from being stolen. Viber has warned that this data cannot be transmitted under any circumstances, even if the interlocutor is represented by an employee of a bank or other organization.
“Such communication should be stopped and call the number listed on the official website of your bank or organization or on the back of your bank card,” – recommended in the press service of the messenger.
