How to make cheesecakes, a simple and very homemade dish?
What is not added to cheesecakes, fantasizing and experimenting, but often, all the same, return to the simplest classic version, with a minimum of ingredients. How to make cheesecakes, no matter what, the result always depends on the main ingredient – cheese. Of course, homemade cheese is the best.
400 g of cheese
4 st. l. flour
2 st. l. sugar
5 tsp. oil
Mash the cheese with a fork so that it does not leave large lumps. Add eggs, sugar and mix thoroughly. It is better not to use too dry or too wet cheese, otherwise in the process of cooking cheesecakes will fall apart.
Add flour and mix thoroughly. The result should be a homogeneous elastic mass, from which you can sculpt cheesecakes. If you add a little more flour, the cheesecakes will be denser. And to make cheesecakes softer – just take less flour.
Make small balls out of the dough, alternately roll them in flour, flatten, but the cheesecakes should not be too thin.
Heat a frying pan, pour oil, and spread our cheesecakes. Fry on both sides until beautifully ruddy and you’re done! There are also recipes for steaming cheesecakes or in the oven.
