Vitamin salads with sea kale

Vitamin cabbage salad got its name because it contains seaweed. Seaweed contains many nutrients and vitamins, as well as iodine.


Marinated sea cabbage – 200 grams

Sauerkraut – 100 grams

Marinated cucumber – 1 piece

Beet (large) – 1 piece

Potatoes – 2 pieces

Onions – 1 piece

Green peas (canned) – 150 grams

Oil – 3 tablespoons Salt to taste.


Boil potatoes and beets, clean and cut into cubes. Cucumber cut into small cubes. Shake the sauerkraut, and cut the onion into small cubes. Put sliced ​​beets in a salad bowl, fill it with vegetable oil and leave for 2 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add salt as needed.

Fresh or salted cucumbers – 1 or 2 pieces

Carrots – 2 pieces Apples – 2 pieces

Boiled egg – 1 piece

Sour cream – 3 – 4 tablespoons greens salt


Peel carrots and grate them on a large grater. Cucumbers and apples are cut into thin strips. Transfer the products to a salad bowl and add the seaweed. Season with sour cream and salt, and mix well. Form a slide into a salad bowl, and decorate it with egg slices and sprigs of greenery. Finely chopped greens can be added to salads.
