

The simplest vegetables – zucchini, but from which you can cook many delicious and very simple dishes that will be a great option for a hearty lunch.
1. Zucchini baked with sour cream and herbs
Ingredients:
zucchini – 5 pcs.
cream – 500 g
garlic – 2-3 cloves.
eggs – 3 pcs.
greens – parsley, dill, basil – 1 bunch
salt – 1/2 tsp.
black pepper – 1/2 tsp.
sunflower oil – 50 ml
butter – 30 g
Method of cooking:
Wash the zucchini and cut it exclusively into slices, so it will be tastier.
Be sure to salt, pepper, and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Chop greens and garlic, add sour cream, pepper, and eggs, mix until smooth.
Fry zucchini in oil, place on a paper towel to allow all the fat to drain.
After – put the zucchini in a baking dish and pour the sour cream mixture.
Send to bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.
You can add grated cheese before serving.
2. Zucchini casserole with cheese and herbs
Ingredients:
zucchini – 5 pcs.
flour – 2 tbsp. l.
eggs – 2 pcs.
cheese – 200 g
hard cheese, be – 100 g
milk – 1 glass
butter – 50 g
parsley, basil – 40 g
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
salt, pepper – to taste
Method of cooking:
Wash and cut zucchini rings, boil them in salted water for about 5 minutes.
Sauce: Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour, and fry.
Beat eggs with milk and add to flour, salt generously, pepper, and mix until smooth.
Grease a baking dish with oil, lay out the zucchini.
Chop the greens and add the cheese, grind well and add there.
Pour the prepared sauce on top.
Send in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 C.
